　　1、负责制定公司自动驾驶研发方向，搭建自动驾驶团队

　　2、负责ADAS算法的集成，系统策略开发，接口定义，系统测试与验证；

　　3、负责建立建立感知、决策、执行相关的下属团队

职务要求：

　　1.博士学历，或者硕士优秀人员；

　　4.无人驾驶或ADAS项开发领军人物。

职责描述：

Function Safety

System comprehension and knowledge in automotive drive technology

Detailed Knowledge of methods and analysis for functional safety (ISO26262)

Knowledge of SW implementation in the scope of‘embedded systems’

Knowledge of C-Programming and MBD (e.g. Matlab)

Knowledge of SW engineering methods

Knowledge of performing Safety Analysis (FMEDA, FMEA, FTA)

Knowledge of performing Software Safety Analysis

Knowledge about Hardware Safety measures especially within the Microcontroller

Knowledge about Fault Injection Test Methods

Detailed knowledge in requirements engineering

Knowledge in UML and SW detailed design

Knowledge of control unit hardware and hardware interfaces

Knowledge of the performance of reviews and review techniques

Working in team, supporting & implementing team decision

Active in communication and networking, ability of communication in a multi-cultural environment

任职要求：

At least 3 years working experience in automotive SW/HW development

Bachelor or Master in electronics, computer science, mechanical engineering, physics or control theory

Advanced level listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills is benefit

Proficiency in MS Office software

Good skill of programming

Experience with embedded system software is preferred
